At Adomik, we are passionate about our customers! So we are looking for a Solutions Engineer ready to join our newly created Customer Success Center for North America in Montreal.
We seek candidates who have a passion for consulting with clients and prospects to drive unmatched business value for customers with Adomik..
You will act as our client advocate and manage our most strategic customers in North America.
Your mains tasks will be:
- Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously,
- Grow the relationship with the clients with the objective of increasing and expanding the usage of the Adomik Platform within the clients' teams.
- Upsell Apps, Consulting or Professional Services
- Gather, formalize and communicate client requirements internally
- Organize and develop, the NA consulting practice to address client requirements that go beyond the Adomik Platform capacities
- Lead the development of client-specific implementation proposals when needed,
- Align with Sales and Customer Success teams on scoping, pricing and delivery
- Work closely with Engineering (especially Data Science) to design and provide tailor-made solutions
- Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients
- Partner directly with Product Management to make sure newly created solutions are considered in the roadmap to scale adoption to other potential clients
- Deliver customized technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospects to match ad hoc requests
- Actively contribute to building and growing the Customer Success Center in Montreal
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 2Y+ experience as a Solution Engineers, Sales Engineer, or Consultant or equivalent experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to quickly synthesize ill-defined problems and unprecedented issues, and turn them into solutions
- Exposure to Ad Tech or Enterprise or SaaS environment is a plus
- Fussball and darts skills are a plus too ;-)
